Where can I find my tracking number?

After your order has shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you automatically.

This email also contains a link to directly access your package tracking.

If you have a customer account, you can also find tracking information in your personal space.

Problem with your tracking?

• Tracking can sometimes take several hours to update after shipping.
• During periods of high activity, some update times may be slightly extended.
• If your tracking still does not appear after a reasonable delay, we invite you to wait a few more hours and then try again.
