Return Policy

1 - Return and exchange conditions

You have 21 days after receipt to request a return or exchange, for any reason.

Returned items must be sent back:

• in their original condition;
• without deterioration or damage;
• with their original packaging when possible.

Any item returned damaged, incomplete, or showing significant signs of wear unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2 - Return procedure

Before any return, please contact us via the site's contact form or by email at the following address:

Once your request is validated, return instructions will be provided to you.

After receipt and verification of the returned jewelry, we will proceed to:

• the shipment of a new item as part of an exchange;
• or a refund according to the payment method used during the order.

3 - Return costs and refund

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective item.

We recommend sending with tracking or registered mail. BijouxVK cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

In some cases, initial shipping costs may not be refunded, especially when the return is not due to an error or a product defect.

Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of the return for refund processing.

After confirmation of the refund, bank processing times may vary depending on your banking institution or payment method.

4 - International orders

For returns from a country outside the European Union, please clearly indicate on the customs declaration that it is a return of merchandise.

Any customs fees or taxes charged during the return may be deducted from the refund.

5 - Unclaimed packages

In case of absence during delivery, it is up to the customer to collect their package within the deadlines indicated by the carrier.

Unclaimed packages or packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may be subject to:

• a partial refund;
• or additional re-shipping fees.

6 - Additional information

Exchanges related to a size or model remain subject to stock availability.

The legal rights of the consumer remain applicable in accordance with current regulations.
